Boxing Rivals Face Off

Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have finally come face-to-face ahead of their heavyweight clash at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on December 11.

Despite years of rivalry and failed negotiations, the first press conference was surprisingly friendly, with the pair trading jokes, discussing their famous 2010 sparring session and even talking about sharing a pint after the fight.

The mood remained light during their face-off, with Joshua smiling as Fury spoke about their long-awaited meeting. However, the competitive edge quickly returned as Fury dismissed Joshua’s previous ‘landlord’ comments and insisted he remains the ‘No 1’.

With fight night approaching, the pair’s respectful relationship could soon give way to more familiar mind games.
