UEFA Champions League Knockout Draw
Six Premier League sides are through to the Champions League last 16, but there are no all-English clashes this time. Chelsea take on reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain, a rematch of last year’s Club World Cup final, while Manchester City face Real Madrid for the fifth consecutive season. Bayer Leverkusen travel to Arsenal, Newcastle host Barcelona, Liverpool take on Galatasaray, and Tottenham meet Atletico Madrid.
The first legs are scheduled for 10–11 March, with the return fixtures on 17–18 March. Newcastle kick things off at home, while the other Premier League teams enjoy the advantage of hosting the second leg. The draw sets up intriguing potential quarter-finals: Newcastle could face Tottenham, and Chelsea might meet Liverpool if both sides progress. The season will culminate at Puskas Arena on 30 May.
