Originally set for 2018, the Peter Kay Live tour will see him return to the stage for the first time since 2010 when he took the world by storm in a world record run of shows which saw him perform to over 1.2 million comedy fans.
The newly announced Peter Kay Live tour has been confirmed with live shows at the AO Arena in Manchester, the Utilita Arena Birmingham, before moving onto the Resorts World Arena and beyond throughout 2023, 2024 and 2025.
A swathe of unmissable London shows have been announced as part of a monthly residency at The O2 Arena, including performance from December 2022 to April 2025.
Following the announcement which made headline news across the nation, Kay told fans “I should only be on the news if I’m dead, not on tour!”
After the last tour entered the Guinness World Records, fans can expect huge demand to see one of the biggest selling British comedians of all time making his return to the spotlight.
Following the exciting announcement of his comeback tour, Peter said: “I miss doing stand-up. As terrifying as it is, when it works there’s nothing more fun and exciting. Plus, a lot has happened in the last eight years, with Trump, Twitter and my Nan getting her front bush trimmed at the age of 96. I can’t wait to get back up on stage.”
