Marshall Bruce Mathers II, better known by his stage name Eminem saw his talent for rapping in 1997, where he came second in the Rap Olympics but gained the attention of former NWA member Dr Dre who began working with the Detroit Rapper on his debut album ‘The Slim Shady LP’ in 1999 which won two Grammy’s and four MTV VMA’s.Â
The very next year, his second album ‘The Marshall Mathers LP’ saw instant success and even achieved ‘the fastest selling rap album’ in the United States. In more recent years, his latest album ‘Curtain Call 2’ reached the top of the Billboard 200 chart based on pure sales.Â
Having performed at last year’s Superbowl alongside the likes of Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent and Dr Dre, fans from across the UK fans are desperate to see him perform his classics at arenas and stadiums across the pond.
