Upon arrival at the stadium, each bag will the checked thoroughly by designated staff members to enforce the Wembley Stadium bag policy, which might include a pat down or a quick wanding scan before entry is permitted. At the external cordon of Wembley Stadium a bag gauge will be in use to resolve any disputes.

Green Day are a Californian rock group that were formed in 1987 by lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong and bassist Mike Dirnt in their primary school, where they had met their drummer Sean Hughes and formed the first band ‘Sweet Children’. However, the band name was changed in 1989 to what we now know as Green Day with ‘Tre Cool’ as their drummer.
The band’s 1994 album Dookie was a a smash hit success, earning a Grammy Award for best alternative music performance and went on to sell more than 15 million copies worldwide. Their later album ‘American Idiot’ which was released in 2004, sold more than 12 million copies worldwide and received a Grammy Award for best rock album.
With reports that Green Day are releasing an album in 2024, could this mean that they may headline arenas and stadiums here in the UK?
