In these unprecedented times, we all have to manage the impact of COVID-19. I’m sure you’ll all join us in agreeing that the top priority at present is the collective safety and well-being of our customers, staff, event workers and suppliers.
We continue to closely monitor the developing situation with our partner venues and ensure we stay in line with the latest advice from the relevant Government departments.
In accordance with the Government’s Social Distancing measures, we have taken measures to ensure that our staff safety remains paramount, whilst still maintaining our level of service for our all valued customers.
We would also like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and admiration for all of the front line workers who continue to show their unwavering dedication in this difficult situation.
Whilst events might be rescheduled or in some instances cancelled, we are still very much open and are committed to helping you rebook and replan your events for later in the year or into next year.
Those who have booked VIP experiences for a rescheduled or cancelled event will be contacted by a member of our team directly. There is no need to contact us unless it is an emergency. This will give our team the capacity to update everyone affected in a swift manner.
