Three Lions 2026 Send Off Series
England will host a double-header at Wembley Stadium against fellow FIFA World Cup 2026 finalists Uruguay and Japan. These fixtures, the only games in England before the tournament, come just before Thomas Tuchel finalises his World Cup squad.
The Three Lions will face Croatia, Ghana, and Panama in the group stage in the USA, and are also expected to play two warm-up matches stateside ahead of the finals.
We are really pleased to have these two fixtures confirmed as our World Cup year takes shape. We wanted to play two teams ranked in the top 20 in the world, but also to test ourselves against opponents from outside of Europe. After Friday’s draw, the excitement for next year is really building.
