Simply send us your details, the Gift Card recipient’s details, select your Gift Card amount, delivery method, then if you wish, you can personalise your Gift Card with your own message.

When you have submitted your details, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your Gift Card delivery information, help with any questions you may have and then send you an invoice enabling you to make secure payment.

Ordering A Gift Card

  1. Once you have submitted your e-Gift Card details via the form above, a member of our team will be straight in touch to confirm your details, answer any questions you may have, and to send you an e-invoice to enable you to make payment securely.
  2. We accept the following payment methods:
    • Debit Cards
    • All major Credit Cards
    • Bank transfer
    • PayPal
  3. All orders are subject to security checks. If additional card security checks are required, this may delay the delivery of your e-Gift Card. If security checks are not passed, you will receive a refund.
  4. You can add a personal message which will be added to the e-Gift Card itself.
  5. The e-Gift Cards can be delivered via email or via post:
    • If you have requested the e-Gift Card to be emailed to yourself to print at home, you will be sent an email with the e-Gift Card as a PDF attachment. Please open this PDF and print it, as this is your Gift Card. 
    • If you are having an e-Gift Card emailed directly to someone else, it will be sent via email as a PDF attachment on your requested delivery date.
    • If you choose to have your e-Gift Card delivered via post, it will be sent via Next Day Delivery to your specified postal address (£7.50 surcharge applies).

Redeeming A Gift Card

Hospitality Centre Gift Card can be redeemed online at hospitalitycentre.co.uk or over the phone with our sales team on 0208 158 7772, as part or full payment for an event booking (exclusions apply).

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Protect your e-Gift Card and treat it as cash; lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced, or exchanged for cash.
  2. This e-Gift Card will expire 24 months from purchase.
  3. E-gift cards ordered online can be activated with a minimum value of £50. There is no maximum value which can be added to them.
  4. This e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given, except in accordance with your statutory rights. Any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases, provided the card has not expired.
  5. If you do not spend the entire balance on the e-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.
