Which races will be on during my visit?
The feature race on Ladies’ Day (Friday) is the Investec Oaks and the feature race on Derby Day (Saturday) is the Investec Derby. For a full listing of the races involved, please see our Epsom Derby event schedule.
How do I book hospitality for my group of guests?
Simply find your preferred option from the various official Epsom Derby hospitality packages available at Epsom Downs Racecourse and get in touch using the Quick Enquiry form to let us know your requirements. A member of our horse racing events team will be in touch to let you know availability, prices and to guide you through the simple booking process.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The earlier you book your hospitality at the Investec Epsom Derby Festival the better. We recommend early booking as it ensures you will be able to choose from the full range of hospitality options available, whereas nearer the time of the event certain hospitality facilities may already be sold out on the day you wish to attend.
What time does the racing start?

How do I get to the racecourse?
Epsom Station can be reached via South West Trains and Southern Trains with connections from London Victoria and London Waterloo. From Epsom station guests can take a 10 minute journey in by taxi or by the shuttle bus service which operates during the Investec Epsom Derby Festival. Alternatively, Tattenham Corner Station is approximately 1/2 mile from the racecourse.

The racecourse is a short distance from Epsom Town Centre on the B290 Epsom Downs Road, or alternatively off junction 9 of the M25. The racecourse will be clearly signposted along all major routes during the Investec Epsom Derby Festival.
Is there a drop off / pick up point?
There is a drop off / pick up point by the old Derby stables, opposite the Queen’s Stand (Lester Piggott gates)
When will I receive my Epsom Derby tickets and hospitality information?
Your Epsom Derby hospitality tickets will be issued 7 – 10 days prior to the event date.
What is the dress code?
This varies depending on which enclosure you are situated in for the day – please refer to our Epsom Derby Dress Code page for full information on what to wear.
What do i need to bring on the day?
Each guest must bring their event wallet containing their event information and hospitality passes to gain entry. Failure to do so may result in non-admission.
Where can I place a bet?
Each of the Investec Epsom Derby hospitality suites has tote betting facilities where guests can place bets during the Derby Festival. There are also licensed bookmakers at the front of the Grandstands and the Tattenham Enclosure.
