London natives Jungle return with Sunshine, their latest album blending soul, disco, funk and glossy R&B into a short, feel-good collection of infectious grooves.

Following the success of Volcano and huge hit Back On 74, the duo choose to refine their signature sound rather than completely reinvent it. The title track and Move Like You Do deliver plenty of upbeat energy, while Lydia Kitto’s increasingly prominent vocals add another layer to Jungle’s polished harmonies.

With its warm production, catchy rhythms and effortless summer atmosphere, Sunshine is an easy listen from start to finish. It may not be their most adventurous record, but it delivers exactly the kind of feel-good escapism Jungle do so well.
