Scotland Claim Sevens Title

Scotland triumphed over England to seal a second successive London Sevens title at Twickenham.

A packed crowd at Twickenham saw England take the lead at the Home of England Rugby, before Scotland bravely battled back to secure their second ever World Sevens title.
A superb try from Dan Norton put England ahead early on, but second half tries from Hugg Blake and Scott Riddell secure the win for Scotland.

South Africa Series Champions

England still managed to secure 2nd place in the overall standings behind champions South Africa in the Rugby Sevens World Series, which spans ten events across the globe.
The series finale, traditionally hosted at Twickenham’s London Sevens, saw Canada beat their North American rivals USA to claim the Bronze medal at the London event, which also saw Olympic champions Fiji finish 3rd in the overall rankings.
